The VRU Committee on Youth and Sports, with the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, conducted an analysis of the effectiveness of the application of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Basic Principles of Youth Policy.” The Program experts adapted the British methodology of post-legislative scrutiny to Ukrainian realities and tested it in cooperation with the Committee to improve the legislation and strengthen the oversight function of the committees.
