Practices of application and effectiveness of legislation on cooperation of local communities

With the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program and WFD, the VRU Committee on State Building analyzed the application and effectiveness of the Law of Ukraine "On Cooperation of Territorial Communities." The Program experts adapted the British methodology of post-legislative scrutiny to the Ukrainian context. They tested it in cooperation with the Committee to improve the legislation and strengthen the oversight function of the committees.
