Eco-journalism in Ukraine
We taught representatives of local media how to write about environmental protection, specifically about the environmental crimes Russians committed during the war against Ukraine.
VOICE OF WAR
A School of Journalism was organized for ATO veterans, and a collection of their fiction stories was published. The veterans had the opportunity to speak, and society – to hear about the war without filters. The book was presented in Salon du livre in Paris.
UPGRADING UKRAINE’S MEDIA IN WARTIME
We helped 40 local media outlets boost their positions in the Ukrainian media market, digitalize, and overcome the crisis in the Ukrainian media industry. We conducted 200 expert consultations, provided over UAH 1.6 million in grants, and provided essential upgrades to 3 publications.
Strong Media — Strong Society
We implemented a comprehensive program to support regional media, with a focus on mentoring, digital security consultations, scholarships, and internships for aspiring journalists.
Wind from the Mountains
We worked with director Yulia Kochetova to create a documentary series to bring global attention to the plight of occupied Crimea
Keeping civilians safe
Conducted a large-scale communication campaign on wartime civil safety which reached 8 million Ukrainians

With the help of AR technology, we are reminding the world about Ukrainian prisoners held illegally in Russian captivity.
Ukrainian language for national communities
We developed and implemented a comprehensive communication campaign that popularized the Ukrainian language among national minority communities in Chernivtsi and Zakarpattya Oblasts.
Media and War: Support in 2022
During the first six months of the full-scale war, we helped Ukrainian journalists adapt to new realities of work and life.
