WORDS AND WARS

The first practical manual was published about the experience of a country that is going through a lengthy information attack. Recommendations were prepared for fighting Russian propaganda. The book was presented in the Council of Europe (in Strasbourg) as well as to EU institutions and experts (in Brussels).

UKRAINE+

Extraordinary deeds by ordinary Ukrainians were communicated to society. More than 100 items of content formed a new agenda for media – with new values and milestones. The Neighbors project was launched, telling multimedia stories about everyday life of people from Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova.

INTERNET FREEDOM

The first and only web resource in Ukraine on internet freedom has been launched, the signing of the Declaration of Free Internet in Ukraine has been initiated, and proposals for laws that would repress internet freedom have been opposed.

DSS380

Ukraine’s first Digital Security School for journalists and civil society activists, DSS380, was opened. Apart from training, DSS380 experts conduct digital audits of organizations.

THE LIMITS OF WAITING

The documentary “The Limits of Waiting” became a winner at the 8th International Film Festival in Madrid. The film keeps the spotlight on the problem of prisoners and missing persons in Donbas and Crimea. The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law of Ukraine on Legal Status of Missing Individuals.

COSSACKS

With the help of characters from a popular cartoon, we explain the nature of health care and energy reforms to Ukrainians. The campaign reached 6 out of 10 citizens in the entire country and facilitated increased support for reforms in the society.
