The protection of cultural heritage is a key area of adaptation of the cultural sphere to martial law and is extremely important for maintaining national identity, strengthening national spirit, and rebuilding the country in the postwar period. The USAID RADA: Next Generation Program provides analytical support to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy with materials to better adapt to the realities of martial law.
Experts of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program prepare information materials for the Verkhovna Rada Committees and conduct research to provide analytical support to the work of the Parliament. Strengthening the oversight function of the committees is one of the Program's priorities.

The USAID "RADA: Next Generation" Program has played a crucial role in developing and implementing a sustainable strategy of the Parliamentary Educational Center, enhancing its capacity to execute large-scale parliamentary education projects. The Center has conducted 840 online and offline educational events for the youth, attracting approximately 335,000 participants.
The USAID RADA: Next Generation Program developed handbooks with detailed information about the corresponding committees in the parliaments of EU member states. These handbooks will serve as valuable tools for deepening cooperation between the Ukrainian and European parliaments and foster a better understanding of the structure and functioning of the committees, establish effective communication channels, and facilitate a successful exchange of experiences.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy, Housing and Utilities, with the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, conducted an assessment of the effectiveness of the Law on the Natural Gas Market. The Program experts used the British methodology of post-legislative scrutiny to improve the legislation and strengthen the oversight function of the committees.
