The research "For strengthening the weight of Laws" offers a post-legislative scrutiny (PLS) systematic review as a new approach to the implementation of legislation and the supervisory role of parliaments in Europe. It provides a comparative analysis of the main PLS rules, practices, and trends in Europe, focusing on the experience of European parliaments, in particular Germany, Italy, France, Montenegro, Switzerland, and Great Britain (Westminster and Scottish parliaments).
