The gender sensitivity of the Verkhovna Rada was assessed by experts of the JurFem Analytical Center with the support of the USAID "RADA: Next Generation" Program. The Ukrainian parliament received 42 points, which is the average score for the parliaments of EU member states. The assessment helps to understand how gender equality issues are actually reflected in the daily activities of the Parliament; how equal opportunities for women and men to be elected to parliament are ensured; what steps are needed to implement gender-sensitive practices in the parliament.

Within the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program grant initiative, the NGO “Institute Respublica” helped Olena Shuliak, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Organization of State Power, organize public consultations on “Effective and Transparent Recovery Policy”, which were attended by more than 600 people. The proposals received were formalized in a report and will be submitted to the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Experts of the USAID "RADA: Next Generation" Program analyzed parliamentary budget offices in Canada, the United States, Italy, Greece, Georgia, Austria, and Australia to outline different models and select the most effective one for the Ukrainian context. Such an office plays an important role in providing independent and impartial fiscal analysis to support decision-making in the parliament.

The USAID "RADA: Next Generation" Program conducted an information campaign dedicated to the Day of Parliamentarism. For three weeks, the Program team published various content (Facebook posts, videos with young people, articles in publications, presentations at international conferences) about Ukrainian and global parliamentarism and collected almost 300,000 views, thousands of likes, and hundreds of shares.
The presentation contains information on the functions and powers of the Ukrainian parliament, the structure, current composition, and leadership of the Verkhovna Rada, parliamentary committees, the main stages of the legislative process in Ukraine, and the peculiarities of the Parliament's work under martial law.

The survey aims to summarize the best practices of EU, as well as its member states, related to impact assessment of legislative initiatives. A complex impact assessment makes it possible to substantiate the possibility of a legislative initiative to achieve the expected result, as well as to check its compliance with the interests of society or its individual groups.
