The Legislative Process Quality Index is a self-assessment tool to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Parliament's legislative activities, assessing relevant procedures, their productivity, and their alignment with international parliamentary standards.
USAID Program "RADA: The Next Generation" developed the methodology for the Index, using international standards and foreign experiences. The Program routinely calculates the Index for each session of the Ukrainian parliament.
The Index is a subtle influencer in the democratic development of parliamentary procedures, fostering the adoption of new and more effective legislative practices.
