Project Manager

We are looking for project managers who are skilled at managing people and processes. Join our team if you want to be involved in socially significant projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: operational planning and administration of activities, preparing reports, and tracking and evaluating results.
  • Communicate with project partners and donors in Ukrainian and English. 
  • Organize the team's project work and assign tasks within projects. 
  • Provide technical briefs to designers and copywriters for content creation. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas together with the team. 
  • Work with the team to prepare and conduct various online and offline events (trainings, webinars, and presentations).  
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, donors, and contractors. 
  • Participate in the preparation of reports in Ukrainian and English. 
  • Conduct interviews in English with external project participants. 
  • Organize tenders and market analyses in accordance with the organization's rules.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or managing turnkey program components within civil society organizations, communications, or media sectors.
  • Is fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Is confident using office software and digital tools, including Google Workspace, MS Excel, task management platforms, Zoom, and similar tools.
  • Can quickly process and analyze large volumes of information.
  • Is client-oriented, detail-focused, and results-driven.
  • Communicates effectively with different stakeholders and can explain complex information in a clear and simple way.
  • Is proactive, creative, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Is passionate about developing socially impactful projects.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the public sector and with European projects, as well as collaboration with the media.
