Finance Manager

Internews Ukraine is looking for a Financial Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional who will manage project finances and ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and manage project budgets;
• Track expenses and support financial planning;
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with donor requirements;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor agreements;
• Maintain timely and accurate financial processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Strong command of MS Excel;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Experience in NGOs and 2+ years of experience in a financial role will be considered an advantage.
