The trend of "hating the haters". Ukrainians have begun to massively condemn those who incite public debates

So it’s easier to find a scapegoat than to understand the rules and responsibilities. Social networks intensify personal conflicts, not complex conversations about politics and systemic solutions”, Kostyantyn Kvurt, Head of Board at Internews Ukraine, on why there is now less hate toward specific social groups in Ukrainian social media, while public debates more often focus blame on a particular culprit.
