How Russia turns strategic communications into war propaganda

"Strategic communications of the Russian Federation are based on Hebbel's principles of propaganda. Propagandists work according to the methods of the central government, single out the enemy who is a priori to blame for all problems, and act on emotions," Sofia Maksymiv, a communications coordinator at Internews Ukraine, spoke about Russian communication during the war.
