Most Europeans have taken off their "Russian glasses," but they fear getting drawn into the war.
“When a country is fully engaged in war, it lacks the capacity to create something innovative and long-term. Ukraine has been at war for centuries. We need to understand that development depends on how well a country can ensure long-term peace for itself. When I speak in Europe, I say: you’ve put too much faith in your peace.
