On June 6, with the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program and on the initiative of Halyna Vasylchenko, Ukrainian MP, a public discussion was held on the challenges for small businesses and the concept of modernizing the simplified taxation system.

More than 100 entrepreneurs from Lviv and other Ukraine regions participated in the public discussion!

The USAID RADA: Next Generation Program organizes public events with MPs and committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to engage citizens and stakeholders in the legislative process so that their opinions are heard and considered in legislative decisions.

After an active discussion, MP Halyna Vasylchenko thanked the audience for their ideas and recommendations and emphasized the importance of communication with voters: "The proposals are quite reasonable. We only need the government to hear and communicate properly with small businesses and all citizens. I really hope that today's meeting will be an impetus for further implementation of the concept."

Photos of the event is available on our Facebook page.
