On August 8, the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program conducted a "Policy-making process and full cycle of legislative oversight" training for 20 staff members of the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
The trainings are organized at the request of the Office and aim at strengthening the institutional capacity of the parliamentary oversight bodies.

It is the fives training in a series that the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program conducts for the staff of the Ombudsman's Office. The Program has already organized the "Public Participation in Parliament and the Legislative Process. Advocacy", "Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", "Parliamentary Oversight Function", and "Fundamentals of public policy analysis" trainings.
