USAID RADA: Next Generation Program helps the Educational Center of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to organize parliamentary lessons in Ukrainian regions.
The first online classes take place in Volyn region. On December 8,the Educational Center held two parliamentary lessons for more than fifty pupils. Students were told about the following:
The participants also learned about the practical aspects of the work of MPs and their teams. Andriy Bokoch, the assistant to MP Ihor Guz, answered the questions during the lesson.
The third parliamentary lesson in Volyn will take place in a week, on December 15. MP Viacheslav Rublyov will be among the participants so that students will be able to ask him personally about the parliamentarian's activities.
USAID RADA: Next Generation Program provides the Educational Center with communication support in organizing parliamentary lessons in Ukrainian regions and helps involve MPs and their teams in civic parliamentary education initiatives.
