International parliamentary lesson "Turkey in support of Ukraine"

About 200 students in Ukraine and abroad took part in the lesson "Turkey in support of Ukraine"!

With the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, the Education Center of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine organized an online international parliamentary class about Ukraine's and Turkey's partnership on March 22.

The special guests and partners made focus on the following:

• political and parliamentary system in Turkey;
• interparliamentary and diplomatic relations between Turkey and Ukraine;
• Ankara's active position in support of Kyiv in the russia's brutal war;
• Turkish pressure on the kremlin and aid to Ukraine in wartime.

There were Ukrainian MP Roman Hryshchuk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Ukraine Yağmur Ahmet Güldere, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar among the guests and speakers, who actively answered the questions of schoolchildren.
