Helping MPs communicate with displaced Ukrainians in Dnipro

4000 Ukrainians displaced by Russia’s full-scale war used our hotline in Dnipro to get help!

Since March, the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program has been supporting a hotline for Ukrainians who have fled the war to Dnipro and are seeking assistance. Our operators advise displaced persons on how they can reach the relevant centers and services to receive humanitarian, psychological or legal support, find information on temporary shelter, etc.

As MP Roman Kaptelov noted, due to the war and the influx of displaced persons, there is an urgent need to "moderate efforts in the region and help communities work with Ukrainians displaced by Russia's full-scale war."

The RADA: Next Generation Program helps Ukrainian parliamentarians to adapt their forms of interaction and communication with constituents to effectively respond to the existing challenges, including those caused by the war.

Before, the Program supported a hotline for displaced Ukrainians in the Pavlohrad district of Dnipropetrovsk oblast, where operators processed more than 2400 appelas in six months.
