Within the "Ukraine after the Victory: Preparing and Communicating Reforms for the Implementation of the Vision of Ukraine - 2030" Project and with the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, the working group of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform has developed the Parliamentary Reform Concept.
This Concept covers the issues of the Parliament's powers, its organizational structure and activity, the legislative process, and the status of a member of the Parliament.
The developed proposals take into account recommendations from the expert and the public. In particular, in February 2023, a public discussion of the future of parliamentary reform and the development of parliamentarism in Ukraine after the victory took place with the participation of experts, scholars, and activists. Video of the public discussion is available via the link.
