Green Book of Legislative Process

The Green Book is an analytical document, drafted by experts of the Center of Policy and Legal Reform (CPLR) and the USAID Rada: Next Generation Program. It systematizes and summarizes the key problems of the legislative process in Ukraine.

The purpose of the Green Book is to identify and define the main problems of the legislative process in a way that would allow for proposing the best ways to solve them.
