With the support of the USAID RADA: Next Generation Program, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans' Rights and the Inter-Factional Deputy Association “Rehabilitation Forces of Ukraine” together with partners are organizing the fourth forum “Veterans - the Way Home” on October 11-12, which will take place in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The program helps the Verkhovna Rada committees and MPs to hold public discussions on socially important topics and engage as many stakeholders as possible to jointly address existing problems.
Ukrainian communities should already be developing plans to help Ukrainian defenders return to normal life, ensure they have everything they need, and become a partner for veterans and a reliable service provider.
We invite Ukrainian veterans, representatives of communities in Ivano-Frankivsk region, non-governmental organizations working on the needs and protection of the rights of combatants, veterans, their families and family members of fallen heroes to participate.

Participants will discuss the effectiveness of government agencies and programs to support veterans, best practices of communities, and existing problems and barriers from the perspective of veterans. The forum will have 5 main topics: sports for veterans; war trauma - psychology of recovery; economic independence; veteran spaces; and veteran education.
