
On May 16, the USAID "RADA: Next Generation" Program is organizing a summary meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers who visited the French National Assembly to learn from international best practices.
The Program organized a visit on April 8-10, during which the Ukrainian delegation got acquainted with the peculiarities of the French parliament, its interaction with the government, the methodology of post-legislative scrutiny, and other practices of exercising the oversight function.
During the meeting, delegates will exchange views on which practices in the French Parliament are useful and which can be adapted to the Ukrainian context to enhance the legislative process.
We invite MPs of Ukraine, employees of the VRU Secretariat and the CMU Secretariat to participate.

The "RADA: Next Generation" Program helps the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to learn from international best practices to improve parliamentary procedures. It also promotes inter-parliamentary dialogue to mobilize the support of EU national parliaments for Ukraine's successful European integration and democratic development.
